Class Description
In this general level class we take our time to establish and improve balance, stability and flexibility. We look at adaptations and variations in poses that can be useful as we mature. Equipment (such as blocks, blankets and bolsters) can be used to help with alignments and balance in stronger poses as well as with stillness, form and ease in restorative poses.

Booking Policy
For class planning purposes, it is helpful for us know who is coming to class. So we encourage students to book a place. How to pay for your booking: It is not necessary to pay until you arrive at the studio, and in an effort to keep cost low, we do not currently take card payments. For your first class, it is £10. For subsequent classes it is £12/per class if you 'pay as you go'. However, if you wish to come regularly, you can buy a 'class plan', which is £60 for 6 class to be used over a 6 week period. This can be used for any class during that time. Class Plans and Individual Classes can be paid for online by Bank Transfer (preferred method), or in person with cash/ cheque at the start of the class. Although the booking process is independent of the payment process, all classes must be paid for prior to the start of the class.
