Class Description
The focus of the Tuesday evening class with Cynthia will be firm foundations: fundamental postures and basic breathing techniques. Each week we will introduce a different sequence of poses to demonstrate different aspects of the practice: alignment, balance, stability, strength, fluidity, focus and repose. This class is suitable for everyone: complete beginners and continuing students who would like to refresh and develop their understanding of Iyengar yoga. It will suit those of you who are looking for a challenging and dynamic class with plenty of movement.

Booking Policy
For class planning purposes, it is helpful for us know who is coming to class. So we encourage students to book a place. How to pay for your booking: It is not necessary to pay until you arrive at the studio, and in an effort to keep cost low, we do not currently take card payments. For your first class, it is £10. For subsequent classes it is £12/per class if you 'pay as you go'. However, if you wish to come regularly, you can buy a 'class plan', which is £60 for 6 class to be used over a 6 week period. This can be used for any class during that time. Class Plans and Individual Classes can be paid for online by Bank Transfer (preferred method), or in person with cash/ cheque at the start of the class. Although the booking process is independent of the payment process, all classes must be paid for prior to the start of the class.
