Service Description

In this class we will look at the the fundamentals of Yoga and explore how we can develop a practice that supports our needs. We will learn some well known foundational poses such as Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) and Tree Pose (Vrksasana) as well as supported restorative poses. With practise, we can find ease, movement and space in the body. When this is established, ease and steadiness become established in the mind too. This class is suitable for beginners and students who feel less confident or who would benefit from understanding how to use equipment.
